JCECEB MBBS & BDS All India Seats Special Round Counselling 2026

This notice announces the Special Round of online counselling-2026 conducted by JCECEB for admission to vacant All India seats in M.B.B.S. course at Laxmi Chandravansi Medical College & Hospital (Palamu), Netaji Subhas Medical College & Hospital (Seraikela-Kharsawan), Sido Kanhu Medical College & Hospital (Dumka), Birsa Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (Khunti), and in B.D.S. course at Vananchal Dental College & Hospital (Garhwa). Eligible candidates are selected on the basis of an All India Merit List.

Candidates eligible on the basis of the All India Merit List can apply; detailed age and educational eligibility criteria are as per Advertisement No. JCECEB/46/26-52 & 53 dated 08.08.2026.

Merit list is prepared based on the All India Merit List and online counselling; vacant seat matrix and merit list for the Special Round will be published, followed by provisional seat allotment.

Eligible candidates must apply afresh online by clicking on 'Click here for All Online Application Submission-JCECEB 2026' on the Board's website http://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in from 23.10.2026 to 25.10.2026 (up to 03:00 PM); merit lists from earlier rounds are null and void for this round.
