About This Recruitment
This is an entrance examination for admission to the B.Sc Nursing (Post-Basic) course in nursing institutes of Jharkhand, covering all seats in government nursing institutions and 50% open seats in non-government institutions. Candidates who have qualified the B.Sc Nursing (Post-Basic) Entrance Competitive Examination 2026 are eligible to participate in a special round of online counselling/interview for seat allotment.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have passed the B.Sc Nursing (Post-Basic) 2026 entrance examination and are working as 'A' grade nurses (regular government employees, contractual state government employees, or those working in non-government institutions) are eligible to appear in this special round of online interview/counselling.
Selection Process
Online registration and choice filling for seat allotment, followed by issue of provisional seat allotment letter, document verification and admission at the allotted nursing institute.
How to Apply
Candidates must register online on the JCECEB website, fill their institute/course preferences, and pay a non-refundable counselling/interview fee of Rs. 400 (General/EWS/BC-I/BC-II) or Rs. 250 (Female candidates of all categories) via Payment Gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI).
