About This Recruitment
This is about a special round of online interview/counselling for admission to the GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) nursing course in Jharkhand's nursing institutes for the academic year 2026-27, for candidates who qualified the GNM Entrance Competitive Examination-2026 but remain unallotted after the first three rounds, so that vacant seats can be filled.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who passed the GNM Entrance Competitive Examination-2026 and whose names appear in the qualified candidates' list published by the Board; also includes candidates admitted in rounds 1-3 who wish to change their institute for the remaining vacant seats.
Selection Process
Online registration and choice filling for seat allotment, followed by issue of provisional seat allotment letter, document verification and admission at the allotted nursing institute.
How to Apply
Register online via the 'All Online Counselling JCECEB-2026' link on jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in during 18.10.2026 to 20.10.2026, fill institute choices, and pay a non-refundable counselling fee of Rs. 400 for General/EWS/BC-I/BC-II candidates or Rs. 250 for female candidates of all categories through Payment Gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI).
